Thank you for your interest in vending at the 3rd annual Riona’s Cave of Treasures. Before applying for a space with us, please read and make sure you can follow these rules and guidelines for the event.
If for some reason vendors are unable to sell at Riona’s Cave of Treasures after having sent in their application and payment, we will refund your space payment up until January 4th. After that date, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
What We Seek
We are looking for artisans and vendors in Oregon and Washington who create and sell quality items related to the following: science fiction, fantasy, steampunk, anime, comics, general geek and nerdom, historical time periods, nature, cultures around the world, upcycling and anything else unique and intriguing that may appeal to our fairecomers.
This is an inclusive event–a safe place for all ages and walks of life.
We are not looking for items that have political or social activism slogans that can be construed as controversial. Politics and social activism are important parts of people’s lives, but this is an all-inclusive event which is designed to feel safe for everyone. Imagery and symbolism are welcome, however.
We are not looking for items designed specifically for spiritual practice. Belief systems and spiritual practice are important parts of people’s lives, but this is an all-inclusive event which is designed to feel safe for everyone. Imagery and symbolism are welcome, however.
We are not looking for items with slogans provoking or belittling the beliefs of others. Humorous to some, they can also hurt and do not have a place at this event.
We are not looking for plastic items (with exception to some items that are particularly geeky or nerdy). We pride ourselves on hosting vendors who sell items made from quality materials.
We encourage vendors to welcome interaction at their table or booth, please avoid a large showcase of items under glass. This is an inclusive event for people of all abilities. Being able to look at, touch, hold, and talk about items is important.

All vendors are required to donate an item for our raffle. Items can be simple or exquisite, what you donate is your choice. The raffle items will be put into large raffle baskets for folks to win.
If vendors wish to have electric power at their space, they must bring long extension chords and heavy tape for securing them to the ground to reduce tripping hazards.
Vendors will be able to set up Friday night from 7pm to 10pm and Saturday morning starting at 7am. The time you arrive and start setting up your space is completely up to you, but vendors must be ready to sell by 10:55am, as the event opens to the public at 11am.
Riona’s Cave of Treasures is open to the public from 11am to 6pm. Vendors must have their spaces open for business for the duration of the event. It is certainly okay for someone to watch your space for a moment while you step out for your needs.
Vendors are not permitted to pack up and leave early unless except for an emergency.
Parking vouchers will be provided to vendors and helpers while supplies last.
Vendors are welcome to bring one or two helpers to assist. Everyone is welcome to bring their kiddos, of course.
No open flames are permitted in the venue.
This is an all ages event, please bring items to sell which are suitable for an all ages show.
No pets please, only working service animals on close lead and good behavior are permitted.
Please be kind, courteous, and agreeable with fairecomers, fellow vendors, and performers participating at the event. We’re all in this together and we look forward to a pleasant and positive experience.
